01 — Binding Agreement
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms," "Agreement," or "Policy") constitute a binding agreement between you ("the User," or "you") and Crafters Corporation ("we," "us," "our," or "the Corporation"), the parent organization overseeing Crafters Development and CraftConfig Studio. By browsing this website, joining our official Discord server, or otherwise engaging with any touchpoint operated directly by Crafters Corporation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must cease all use of this website and our official Discord server. Your continued interaction with Crafters Corporation after any revision to these Terms (see Article 15) constitutes renewed acceptance of the updated Agreement.

02 — Structure
Corporate Structure & Relationship to Subsidiary Terms
Crafters Corporation is a holding structure with two operating divisions: Crafters Development, which builds and distributes free, open-source Minecraft server plugins, and CraftConfig Studio, which sells bespoke configuration, translation, and optimization services. This Agreement governs your use of Crafters Corporation's own website and Discord server. Engaging directly with a subsidiary's service — downloading a plugin, or commissioning paid work — additionally binds you to that subsidiary's own Terms of Service, which govern the specifics of that service in full.
Where a conflict arises between this Agreement and a subsidiary's own Terms on a matter specific to that subsidiary's service, the subsidiary's Terms govern for that matter. Where a matter concerns Crafters Corporation as a whole — including anything described in Article 3 below — this Agreement governs.

03 — Direct Operations
Crafters Corporation as a Direct Service Provider
Beyond its role as a holding structure, Crafters Corporation directly operates, and is directly responsible for:
- This website and all of its content, structure, and design;
- Our official corporate Discord server, used for cross-subsidiary announcements, general community discussion, and the display of aggregate, non-identifying statistics — such as the live member count shown on our homepage;
- The Crafters Corporation brand identity, including our name, logo, and the overall visual system applied across our ecosystem; and
- The enforcement of a consistent baseline of engineering, communication, and conduct standards that both Crafters Development and CraftConfig Studio are expected to uphold.
Crafters Corporation does not itself sell products or services, process payments, or maintain a player database. Where you interact with a specific plugin or paid service, you are interacting with the relevant subsidiary under the terms described in Articles 4 and 5 — but the standards, brand, and community infrastructure that make that interaction possible are maintained directly by Crafters Corporation, and disputes concerning that infrastructure (for example, conduct on our corporate Discord server, or use of our brand assets) are governed directly by this Agreement.

04 — Free Software
Crafters Development — Free Software
Crafters Development's plugins are distributed free and open-source by default through Modrinth, SpigotMC, and Hangar. They are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Crafters Development does not guarantee that its plugins will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every server configuration, though our team actively maintains and updates them based on community bug reports and telemetry, as described on our homepage.
Redistributing a Crafters Development plugin under a different name, reselling it, or presenting it as your own original work is not permitted. For the complete terms governing use of these plugins, refer to Crafters Development's own Terms of Service.

05 — Paid Services
CraftConfig Studio — Paid Services
CraftConfig Studio sells commissioned, human-performed configuration, translation, and optimization work for Minecraft servers, coordinated through its official Discord server. Its services are governed by a dedicated Terms of Service covering, among other matters: accepted payment methods (exclusively PayPal), a strict no-refund policy once technical work has begun, delivery windows that generally range from 24 hours to 7 days depending on scope, post-delivery warranty periods of 48 hours to 1 week depending on the plan purchased, and a strict prohibition on reselling or redistributing delivered work. None of these commercial terms are altered or limited by this parent-level Agreement. 06 — Ownership
Intellectual Property
The Crafters Corporation name, logo, and brand identity, along with the names and logos of Crafters Development and CraftConfig Studio and their respective products (including but not limited to CraftersLogin, CraftersStaff, CraftersBan, and CraftersAnticheat), are the intellectual property of Crafters Corporation and its subsidiaries. Except where a specific plugin is explicitly distributed under an open-source license, no provision of this Agreement grants you rights to use our names, logos, or brand assets for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Impersonating Crafters Corporation, any of its subsidiaries, or their staff — including through misleading server names, logos, or Discord identities — is strictly prohibited.

07 — Conduct
Community Conduct
Use of our official Discord servers is additionally governed by each server's published community rules. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, spam, sharing of malicious or phishing links, and impersonation of staff are prohibited across every Discord server operated by Crafters Corporation and its subsidiaries. Violations may result in warnings, mutes, kicks, or permanent bans at the discretion of the relevant moderation team, as described in our published server rules.

08 — Fair Process
Reports, Complaints & Dispute Investigation
We take every report, complaint, or dispute raised by a user seriously, and each one is investigated on its own individual merits. Submitting a report or filing a complaint does not, by itself, entitle the reporting party to a particular outcome.
Where an investigation determines that a report or complaint is well-founded, Crafters Corporation — or the relevant subsidiary — will take appropriate corrective action. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a correction, a remedy consistent with the applicable subsidiary's own policy, a moderation action against a violating party, or acknowledgment of the issue.
Where an investigation determines that a report or complaint is not well-founded — whether because it is factually incorrect, made in bad faith, based on a misunderstanding of these Terms, or otherwise unsupported by evidence — Crafters Corporation reserves the right to reject the report in full, take no further action, and proceed with its original decision, moderation action, or business practice without modification. Filing a report does not, on its own, pause, suspend, or reverse an existing decision while it is under investigation.
Repeated bad-faith reports, knowingly false accusations, or attempts to pressure staff through public harassment, review-bombing, or threats in connection with a dispute may themselves be treated as a violation of these Terms and our community conduct rules, independent of the merits of the underlying complaint.
This Article applies uniformly across every touchpoint of our ecosystem — this website, our official Discord servers, and any paid engagement with CraftConfig Studio — without prejudice to any additional, more specific dispute-resolution provisions set out in a subsidiary's own Terms of Service.

09 — Your Obligations
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crafters Corporation, its subsidiaries, and their respective staff, moderators, and collaborators from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms or any subsidiary's own Terms; (b) your misuse of any plugin, service, or Discord server operated by us; (c) content or information you submit, post, or transmit through our services; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.

10 — Disclaimers
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crafters Corporation and its subsidiaries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of revenue, loss of players, or loss of data — arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website, our free plugins, or any commissioned service. This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this Article limits or overrides the specific liability terms set out in CraftConfig Studio's own Terms of Service for paid, commissioned work.

11 — Trademarks
Mojang & Microsoft Disclaimer
Crafters Corporation and its subsidiaries are independent, third-party developers and service providers. We are NOT an official Minecraft product and are not approved by, endorsed by, affiliated with, or associated with Mojang AB or Microsoft Corporation in any way. "Minecraft" is a registered trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced across our ecosystem are the property of their respective owners. Our plugins and services are provided in compliance with the Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA).

12 — Beyond Our Control
Force Majeure
Crafters Corporation and its subsidiaries shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform an obligation under these Terms where that delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to outages of third-party infrastructure (such as Discord, Cloudflare, Modrinth, or our payment processor), internet service disruptions, acts of government, natural disasters, or other events of force majeure.

13 — Jurisdiction
Governing Law
This Agreement, and the operations of Crafters Corporation as a whole, are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Chile, including applicable Chilean Intellectual Property regulations. Any dispute arising from this Agreement that is not resolved through direct communication with our team, including through the process described in Article 8, will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Chile, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may hold under the law of your own country of residence.

14 — Standing Provisions
Severability & No Waiver
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement at any given time — including any provision described in Article 8 — does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that same provision, or any other provision, at a later time.

15 — Changes Over Time
Amendments
Crafters Corporation reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time to reflect changes in our structure, services, or applicable law. The "Last Revised" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of this website or our official Discord server after a revision has been published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
