Acceptance & Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") applies to the Crafters Corporation website and our official corporate Discord server the channels operated directly by Crafters Corporation ("we," "us," "our," or "the Corporation"), the parent organization overseeing Crafters Development and CraftConfig Studio. Browsing this website or joining our Discord server constitutes acceptance of this Policy in its entirety.

This Policy does not govern your use of a specific product or paid service offered by one of our divisions. Those interactions are instead governed by the relevant division's own policies see Article 5 for links.

Community Code of Conduct

These rules apply across all channels operated directly by Crafters Corporation, including our Discord server and any comment section or forum we operate.

Permitted: respectful disagreement, constructive discussion of ideas, genuine bug or issue reports made through official channels, and collaboration on officially sanctioned community efforts.

• Harassment targeted, repeated, or severe hostile behavior directed at any member or staff.
• Hate speech content that attacks, demeans, or incites hostility against a person or group on the basis of protected characteristics.
• Spam repetitive, unsolicited, or off-topic messages, mass mentions, or link flooding.
• Impersonation presenting yourself as staff or another user through misleading names, avatars, or roles.
• Doxxing sharing another person's private information without their explicit consent.
• Unauthorized advertising promoting other servers, projects, or services without prior staff authorization.

Violations of this Article are addressed under the enforcement procedure described in Article 3.

Security, Abuse & Enforcement

Crafters Corporation applies zero tolerance toward denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, unauthorized penetration attempts, exploitation of vulnerabilities against our infrastructure, and any other act intended to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to a Crafters Corporation system. Such conduct results in an immediate, permanent ban and may be reported to the relevant platform or law enforcement authority.

Except where a violation is severe enough to warrant an immediate permanent ban, we generally apply a graduated procedure: a warning, followed by a temporary mute or restriction, followed by a temporary ban, followed by a permanent ban. The severity, recurrence, and community impact of a violation determine which step applies, and we reserve the right to skip directly to a later step where circumstances reasonably warrant it. A ban from Crafters Corporation's own channels is independent of, and does not by itself affect, your standing with a division's separate Discord server or service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crafters Corporation and its staff, moderators, and collaborators shall not be liable for service interruptions or downtime of our website or Discord server, or for damages arising from a third party's misuse of our channels. Nothing in this Article excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability arising from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud on our part.

Division-Specific Policies

Crafters Development and CraftConfig Studio each publish their own Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines, tailored to their own products, Discord servers, and in CraftConfig Studio's case commercial terms. Those documents govern your interaction with that division's specific service, in addition to this Policy governing your use of Crafters Corporation's own channels.

Amendments

Crafters Corporation reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time to reflect changes to our services or applicable law. The version published at the time of an alleged violation is the version that governs. Continued use of our channels after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
