Acceptable Use Policy & General Regulations of Crafters Corporation
Crafters Corporation is the parent organization behind Crafters Development and CraftConfig.Studio. This document sets out the acceptable-use rules and general regulations that apply across the entire Crafters ecosystem — our Discord communities, GitHub repositories, servers, plugins, websites, and any other official channel — with particular emphasis on the software, plugins, and licensing terms governed by Crafters Development.

Introduction & General Scope
"Crafters Corporation" refers to the parent organization that owns and supervises the group's divisions, brands, and technology, including without limitation Crafters Development (our software, plugin, and platform-engineering division) and CraftConfig.Studio (our Minecraft configuration, menu design, and translation service). References in this document to "the Group," "we," "us," or "our" mean Crafters Corporation and any of its divisions or affiliated projects, collectively. References to "you," "the User," or "the Member" mean any person who interacts with any part of the Group's ecosystem, whether as a visitor, community member, client, licensee, or contributor.
This Acceptable Use Policy applies automatically and without the need for a separate signature the moment you interact with any official Crafters channel — including our Discord servers, GitHub organization and repositories, game servers, plugins, APIs, and websites. Joining a Discord server, cloning or downloading a repository, installing a plugin, connecting to a server, or opening a support ticket each independently constitutes acceptance of this Policy in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this document, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Group's channels and services.
Crafters Corporation reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Policy at any time and without prior notice, at its sole discretion, in order to reflect changes in our services, applicable law, or community needs. The version published on our official channels at the time of an alleged violation is the version that governs that situation. Continued use of any Crafters service after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy. We encourage Members to review this page periodically.
This Policy sets the baseline rules for the entire Group. Individual divisions and products — such as CraftConfig.Studio — may publish their own supplemental Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or community guidelines with additional or more specific provisions relevant to that product. Where a conflict exists between this Policy and a division-specific document, the more specific document governs for matters within its scope, while this Policy continues to govern all matters of general community conduct across the Group.
Community Code of Conduct
Every Crafters community exists to help members build better, more professional Minecraft projects together. The rules below apply across all official channels — Discord, GitHub discussions and issue trackers, server chat, and any comment section or forum we operate.
- Respectful coexistenceTreating staff and fellow members with basic courtesy, even during disagreements.
- Constructive discussionDebating ideas, features, and design decisions in good faith, backed by reasoning rather than personal attacks.
- Bug reportingReporting genuine defects, errors, or unexpected behavior through the official support or issue-tracking channels.
- CollaborationContributing to open discussions, community projects, or officially sanctioned collaborative efforts.
- Use of official supportRequesting help exclusively through the designated ticket system, support channel, or issue tracker for the relevant division.
- HarassmentTargeted, repeated, or severe hostile behavior directed at any member or staff, including in DMs sent as a result of a Crafters interaction.
- Hate speechContent that attacks, demeans, or incites hostility against a person or group on the basis of protected characteristics.
- SpamRepetitive, unsolicited, or off-topic messages, including mass mentions, link flooding, or channel derailment.
- ToxicityPersistent negativity, baiting, provoking, or otherwise degrading the experience of the community.
- ImpersonationPresenting yourself as a staff member, moderator, or another user through names, avatars, or roles designed to mislead.
- DoxxingSharing another person's private information — real name, address, workplace, images, or contact details — without their explicit consent.
- Unauthorized advertisingPromoting other servers, projects, products, or services without prior, explicit staff authorization.
Violations of this Article are addressed under the enforcement procedure described in Article 4.
Software Use & Licensing
This Article governs the use of any software, plugin, API, library, or other technology published, sold, or distributed by Crafters Development, whether under a proprietary commercial license, a freeware license, or an open-source license.
- Licensed usageUsing our plugins and software strictly within the terms of the license under which they were acquired — proprietary or open-source.
- Legitimate bug reportsReporting genuine functional issues, security vulnerabilities (through responsible disclosure), or documentation errors.
- Feature suggestionsProposing new features or improvements through official channels.
The following actions constitute a severe violation of this Policy and, where applicable, of the specific license under which our software was provided, and may additionally expose the responsible party to liability under applicable intellectual property and computer-crime law:
- Reverse engineering & decompilationDecompiling, disassembling, or otherwise reverse-engineering any proprietary Crafters Development software, except to the minimum extent expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this restriction.
- Unauthorized redistributionRedistributing, mirroring, or republishing proprietary source code, compiled builds, or licensed assets without our express written authorization.
- Resale & leaksReselling, "leaking," or distributing our proprietary resources — in whole or in part — on piracy platforms, leak communities, or any unauthorized marketplace.
- Exploit abuseDiscovering and using an exploit or vulnerability in our software to harm, disrupt, or gain unfair advantage over a third party, rather than reporting it responsibly.
- License & authentication bypassModifying internal libraries, license files, or authentication mechanisms to circumvent licensing checks, paywalls, or usage restrictions.
Violation of this Article may result, at our sole discretion, in immediate license revocation, permanent denial of access to Crafters Development software and updates, and referral to the appropriate legal or platform authorities where warranted.
Security, System Abuse & Removal
Crafters Corporation applies zero tolerance toward denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, unauthorized penetration attempts, exploitation of vulnerabilities against our servers, tools, or infrastructure, and any other act intended to disrupt, degrade, or gain unauthorized access to a Crafters system. Such conduct will result in an immediate and permanent ban, and may be reported to the relevant hosting provider, platform, or law enforcement authority.
The use of cheat clients, hacked clients, unauthorized macros, or bots that provide an unfair advantage or automate interactions with any Crafters server or service without our express authorization is prohibited on any server operated or moderated by Crafters Corporation or its divisions, and may independently violate the terms of the specific game server on which it occurs.
Except where a violation is severe enough to warrant an immediate permanent ban (such as those described in Articles 3.2 and 4.1), Crafters Corporation generally applies a graduated enforcement procedure:
The severity of the violation, its recurrence, and its impact on the community determine which step of this procedure applies in a given case; Crafters Corporation reserves the right to skip directly to any later step, including permanent blacklisting, where the circumstances reasonably warrant it. A License and Plugin Blacklist entry permanently revokes the individual's access to Crafters Development licenses and future purchases across the Group, independent of any Discord-level sanction.
Purchases, Support & Refunds Policy
Technical support for any Crafters Corporation product or service is provided exclusively through our official support channels — primarily ticket systems within our official Discord servers. Support requests made through unofficial channels (personal direct messages to staff, unrelated platforms, etc.) are not guaranteed a response. Response times vary by division, product, and current support volume, and are communicated, where applicable, in the relevant channel or ticket confirmation message.
Given the digital, custom, and often immediately-delivered nature of our products and services, refund eligibility is governed by the specific Terms of Service of the division or product in question (see, for example, CraftConfig.Studio's Terms of Service, Article 5). As a group-wide baseline:
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with PayPal, Stripe, or any other payment processor without first contacting our official support to resolve the issue will result in an immediate blacklist from all current and future Crafters Corporation products and services, without prejudice to any right the responsible processor grants you under applicable consumer-protection law, and without prejudice to our own right to contest an unjustified dispute through that processor's resolution process.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Crafters Corporation and its relevant division retain all intellectual property rights over the underlying source code, proprietary tools, and methodologies used to produce a deliverable. A Client's purchase of a product or service grants that Client a right to use the specific delivered work product, not ownership of the underlying proprietary technology or of any general-use component reused across multiple client projects.
Limitation of Liability & Legal Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crafters Corporation, its divisions (including Crafters Development and CraftConfig.Studio), and their respective staff, moderators, and collaborators shall not be liable for:
- Service interruptionsDowntime, outages, or degraded performance of our Discord servers, game servers, websites, or other infrastructure, whether caused by us or by a third-party provider.
- Third-party failuresMalfunctions, data loss, or damages caused by third-party hosting providers, plugins, platforms, or services that we do not directly control.
- Misuse by external administratorsDamages resulting from a third-party server administrator's misconfiguration, misuse, or unauthorized modification of any tool, plugin, or configuration we provided.
Nothing in this Article excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability arising from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud on our part. Where a specific division's Terms of Service (such as CraftConfig.Studio's) provide additional or more specific liability provisions for that division's services, those provisions govern for matters within their scope, without prejudice to the general baseline established in this Article.
