01 Why This Exists

Purpose of This Guide

Crafters Corporation is the parent organization behind a small ecosystem of Minecraft-focused projects. These Guidelines describe, in everyday language, the kind of community we're trying to build on our own website and Discord server a space where people can ask questions, share feedback, and talk shop about server infrastructure without friction.

02 Scope

Where This Applies

These Guidelines apply to Crafters Corporation's own official Discord server and to this website. They do not cover Crafters Development's or CraftConfig Studio's own Discord servers or storefronts each division publishes its own guidelines suited to its own community and, where relevant, its own commercial terms.

03 What We're Going For

Our Community Values

Three things we care about above everything else: respect disagree with ideas, not people; usefulness keep discussion on-topic and helpful to others reading along; and good faith assume the best of other members until given a clear reason not to.

04 Good Practices

What We Encourage

  • Asking questions no question about our ecosystem is too basic for our support channels.
  • Constructive feedback telling us what's confusing or missing on this website helps us improve it.
  • Helping other members answering a question you already know the answer to is always welcome.
  • Reporting problems responsibly flagging a bug, broken link, or rule violation through the appropriate channel or ticket.

05 Not Okay Here

What We Don't Allow

  • Harassment or hate speech targeted hostility toward any member or staff, in any form.
  • Spam and self-promotion unsolicited advertising of other servers or products without staff approval.
  • Impersonation pretending to be staff or another member.
  • Sharing others' private information without their explicit consent.

The full, binding version of these rules along with how we enforce them lives in our Acceptable Use Policy.

06 Enforcement

How We Handle Issues

Most first-time, minor issues start with a friendly warning from a moderator. Repeated or more serious violations escalate to a temporary mute or ban, and severe violations harassment, hate speech, attacks on our infrastructure can result in an immediate permanent ban. See Article 3 of our Acceptable Use Policy for the full enforcement procedure.
