01 The Company
Group Overview
Crafters Corporation is the parent organization of the Crafters group. It was founded and is wholly owned by a single founder, who also serves as the Company's sole administrator. Crafters Corporation does not currently have a multi-member board of directors administration and legal representation of the Company are concentrated in a single Sole Administrator role, a governance structure explicitly permitted for a Sociedad por Acciones (SpA) under Chilean corporate law.

02 What We Do
Corporate Purpose
Crafters Corporation's corporate purpose, carried out directly or through its divisions, covers:
- Software & technology design, development, licensing, and commercialization of software, plugins, and digital platforms.
- Investment & holding acquisition and administration of interests in other companies, whether controlling or non-controlling.
- Shared services provision of management, technical, and administrative support to the Group's divisions.
- Related lawful activity any other lawful activity related to the above that furthers the Company's interests.

03 How Decisions Are Made
Governance Model
Administration, legal representation, and day-to-day management of Crafters Corporation rest with a Sole Administrator, who also holds the title of Chief Executive Officer. This role carries the broad powers of representation and administration typically vested in company management including entering into contracts, managing accounts, and directing the Group's operations.
To protect the long-term direction and integrity of the Company, certain fundamental matters such as amending the Company's bylaws, changing its share capital, dissolving the Company, or replacing its Sole Administrator require a heightened approval threshold reserved to the Company's founding ownership stake, regardless of how additional shares may be distributed to future investors, executives, or collaborators over time. This is a common protective mechanism in founder-led companies and is not unusual for an early-stage corporate group.

04 Our Divisions
Group Structure & Subsidiaries
Crafters Corporation is the controlling entity behind the Group's operating divisions:
- Crafters Development plugins, APIs & platform engineering.
- CraftConfig Studio Minecraft configuration, menus & translation.
Each division operates under its own product-specific Terms of Service and its own community guidelines, while remaining subject to Crafters Corporation's overall direction as the controlling parent company.

05 Jurisdiction
Governing Law & Legal Status
Crafters Corporation is organized, or in the process of being formally organized, under the laws of the Republic of Chile, in particular the provisions of the Code of Commerce governing Sociedades por Acciones. Formal legal effect in Chile requires execution of a Spanish-language public deed before a Chilean notary, followed by registration with the relevant Commercial Registry and, where applicable, the Registro de Empresas y Sociedades.
Current status. As of the last revision date of this page, formal execution of the Company's notarized bylaws is pending completion by Chilean legal counsel. This summary describes the intended governance structure and should not be relied upon as confirmation that formal incorporation steps have been completed.
